Shipping Methods

1. Using Your Freight ForwarderIf you have a preferred freight forwarder in China, we can coordinate directly with them to ship your order. Simply provide your forwarder’s contact details, and we will handle the necessary arrangements to ensure a smooth handoff.
2. Our Partner Freight ForwarderFor customers without a designated forwarder, we use our trusted logistics partner with over 10 years of experience. They will manage the entire shipping process, from our warehouse to your doorstep, ensuring reliability and peace of mind.

Transportation Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and included in your Proforma Invoice (PI). The final cost depends on factors such as order weight, destination, and shipping method. We strive to offer competitive rates while maintaining high service standards.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: Typically takes 15 working days from the date of shipment. This is our most cost-effective option for non-urgent orders.
• Express Shipping: For faster delivery, choose our express service, which takes approximately 5–7 working days. This option is ideal for time-sensitive orders but may incur additional fees.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery through our partner’s tracking system or their official website.

Customs and Duties

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
