All core components undergo multiple rounds of strict testing (including performance, durability, and environmental adaptability tests) before leaving our Shenzhen factory, ensuring they perform consistently and reliably under normal usage conditions. During the warranty period, if your product experiences non-human-induced malfunctions, manufacturing defects, or performance issues related to materials or craftsmanship, our after-sales team will provide comprehensive support: we’ll first offer remote technical troubleshooting to resolve minor issues quickly; if on-site repairs are needed, we’ll arrange professional services or guide you through sending the product back for free repairs, component replacements, or even product exchanges (depending on the severity of the issue) to minimize any disruption to your use.
